《Nasty》的创作干诉先刑答把引背景与《What Ha360百科ve You Done for Me Lately》大致相同且调冲庆处限密织句错百，当珍妮创作专辑《Control》时曾被明尼阿波利斯的酒店外面的一群男人威胁，她描述合达观专当时的情形说:"当一群男人开始跟踪我时，我觉得危险向我袭来。但是我并没有退缩或者寻求保护，我鼓足了勇气反抗，并让他们退缩了。这也是我后来创作这两首歌找被乎及的灵感所在，他们都出自于一种自我防卫的意识" 。
