"九五"、"十五"期间作为主研参加总装备部预研项目以及973罪放总子课题,在热敏陶瓷、微波陶瓷、铁电陶瓷和薄膜的制备、电性能研究等方面获停响误圆对房四作出了重要贡献,圆满地完成了科研任务。目前并参与"十一五"军事预研项目、国家自然科学基金、广东省教育部产学研结合重点项目、973子课题的研究。主持"薄膜电路用低成本陶瓷基片与NTC她湖鱼灯脱好到孙圆入也热敏电阻"课题。作为第一作者在J. Appl. Phys.、Appl. Su极终需岁次视粒死告兰海r. Sci.、M朝资持断提测找果看ater. Sci. Eng. B等期刊上发表学术论文20余篇,其中SCI、E蒸I收录二十几篇(次)。申请发明专利6项(授权1项)。
