段金廒, 男,天然药物化学博士,教授,博士生导师。

曾任中国药科大学科技处副处长、江苏省中医药研究院院长、南京中医药大学副校长。现任中药资源产业化与方剂创新药物国家地方联合工程中心/江苏省中药资源产业化过程协同创新中心主任、国家中医药管理局中药资源循环利用重点研究室主任。

担任中国自然资源学会常务理事、中国自然资源学会中药及天然药物资源专业委员会主任委员、中国中药协会中药资源循环利用专业委员会主任委员、中国药材GAP研究促进会(香港)副会长以及International Society of Biology and Chemistry创办委员。

兼任英国女王大学、中国药科大学等国内外10余所院校的特聘/客座教授。获国务院政府特殊津贴、全国优秀科技工作者、中国自然资源学会优秀科技奖等学术荣誉。

长期致力于中药资源化学与资源循环利用、中药配伍关系及其规律性的科技创新及学科建设工作。作为我国中药资源领域领军人物之一、国家中药资源产业化及科技支撑计划等重大项目首席专家,先后承担了20余项国家和区域性重大基础研究、科技支撑和行业专项等科研项目。 创立了新兴交叉学科-中药资源化学,创建了中药资源化学研究方法技术体系。针对药材生产过程粗放、生产效率和效益低下,以及中药农业、中药工业生产过程大多尚处于高消耗、低产出、高排放的线性经济模式和传统生产方式等制约行业发展的重大问题,围绕药材生产过程产生的不同类型非药用部位、中药制药/配方颗粒及提取物等深加工产业化过程产生的固液废弃物及副产物进行资源价值创新与资源循环利用实践。率先提出了中药资源产业化全过程循环利用策略,创建了资源价值发现与转化增效多元模式,构建了切合中药资源产业经济特点和客观条件的工程技术群,推动了我国中药资源循环经济与产业绿色发展。

以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文521篇,SCI收录213篇,总影响因子561.7,最高影响因子45.6,总被引频次5085次,H指数32。 2014、2015年连续两年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。 主编学术专著8部;作为总主编,主持编写出版了"中药资源与开发"专业本科系列规划教材,填补了该类教材空白。 申请国家专利154项,已获授权87项,其中27项已转化应用。研制中药新药、新药材及功能性产品18个。

2019年9月,获得人力资源社会保障部、国家卫生健康委、国家中医药局颁发的"全国中医药杰出贡献奖"称号。
